The Barceló Signio Rum is produced in the Dominican Republic from sugar cane. In the first instance, it matures in American oak barrels, followed by a second phase of maturation in French oak barrels. Tasting notes:Colour: amber. Nose: notes of chocolate, vanilla. Taste: Citrus aromas, notes of nuts. Finish: Long lasting.
