With an annual production of less than 200,000 bottles, Gómez Cruzado is a kind of 'boutique' winery from Barrio de la Estación. The production of the wines begins in the traditional landscape; small vines in vineyards in the highest areas of Rioja Alta and Alavesa. The wines of Gómez Cruzado are produced through a mixture of almost a hundred different plots of land, in three well defined regions.Tasting notes:Intense dark cherry red. Extremely pure and complex on the nose with nuances of dark fruit, cherries and spices. Well balanced on the palate, fruity with an intense acidity on the finish.
