The 'Bottled-in-Bond Act' is a 1987 law that sets the quality standard of Bourbon whiskey with the addition of 'bottled-in-bond' or 'bonded'.
The production of Jack Daniel's BOTTLED-IN-BOND Tennessee whiskey follows this Act and is therefore matured for four years and produced within one season in a single distillery.
The 50% alcohol also follows this quality standard.
Nose: Soft, balanced, sweet, woody.
Taste: Sweet, medium bodied, vanilla, oak.
