Andrew and Brian Symington founded the independent bottler, Signatory Vintage, in 1988. In 2002, Signatory Vintage expanded with the acquisition of the Edradour distillery. Signatory Vintage's 'The Un-Chillfiltered Collection' contains only whiskies that are bottled at 46% by volume and are not chill-filtered. This whisky is matured for 11 years in hogshead casks and bottled with its natural colouring.
