Andrew and Brian Symington founded the independent bottler, Signatory Vintage, in 1988. In 2002, Signatory Vintage was enlarged by the acquisition of the Edradour distillery. The 'The Un-Chillfiltered Collection' of Signatory Vintage contains only whiskies which are bottled at 46% by volume and are not cold-filtered. This whisky matures for 13 years in bourbon barrels and is bottled with its natural colouring. Distilled: 09 April 2008 Bottled: 31 May 2021 Tasting notes:Colour: Rich straw gold.
