Andrew and Brian Symington founded the independent bottler, Signatory Vintage, in 1988. In 2002, Signatory Vintage was enlarged by the acquisition of the Edradour distillery. The 'The Un-Chillfiltered Collection' of Signatory Vintage contains only whiskies which are bottled at 46% by volume and are not chill-filtered. This whisky matures for 10 years in first fill bourbon casks and is bottled with its natural colouring. Distilled: 30.11.2009 Bottled: 17.03.2021 Tasting notes:Colour: Rich straw gold.
