The Tement winery is located in southern Styria, on the border with Slovenia. 95% of the vineyards are covered with white grape varieties such as Welschriesling, Sauvignon Blanc, Gelber Muskalteller, Weißburgunder, Morillon and Traminer. The wines designated as "Steirische Klassik" are harvested from several vineyards and matured in stainless steel tanks. In addition to the "Steirische Klassik", there are also the site wines. Each site brings its own character, which makes the site wines very special wines. They are matured in large and small wooden barrels. The single vineyard Sulz makes the Tement Morillon Sulz something very special, because it reflects the optimal position.
