The GlenAllachie CUVÉE CASK FINISH Vintage 2011 was initially matured in American oak casks, then Billy Walker selected a further three cask types of different character - Pedro Ximénez Sherry Puncheons, Madeira Barrique casks and Port Pipes. Distilled: 2011 Bottled: 2022 Tasting notes:Color: Mahogany. Nose: Fruity, sweet, notes of mocha, licorice, honey, glazed cherries, ripe garden fruit. Taste: Rich, full-bodied, notes of heather honey, cinnamon, caramelized sugar, ginger, orange peel. Finish: Long lasting.
